Learn How to Create Apps for iPhones® and iPads®

In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of creating and distributing iOS applications. The course will cover topics such as the Objective-C programming language, using the Xcode® development tools, and how to interact with the Cocoa Touch API. By the end of the course, students should expect to be able to create their own iPhone® applications and have them published in the iTunes® App Store.

Pro-Series Courses Open to Advanced Teens (15 & Older), College Students & Adult Learners| Intermediate – Advanced | This Course requires that students have a strong object-oriented programming background in either C/C++ or Java™.

Seasoned programmers interested in learning iOS programming, but who don’t know where to start. This course jumps directly into Objective-C programming concepts and is geared toward seasoned programmers who are comfortable getting up to speed in a new language very quickly.

Course may vary slightly based on student expertise & class interest. All students work on their own personal projects, which they keep. Students must provide their own iDevice.
