Terms and Conditions for the Holiday Special

Register by December 22 and receive $100 off each DMA course. For every family or individual who registers for 3 or more courses, DMA will donate a full tuition scholarship to your local Boys and Girls Club (or other charity), so someone less fortunate can attend camp. Finally, everyone who registers for at least one course will be entered into a raffle (to be conducted on 12/22/08) for a 20” iMac and other exciting items!

Terms and Conditions for Summer Program Registration

Cancellations made prior to April 10 are eligible for a 100% credit (no cash value) or a full refund less a $75.00 administration fee. Cancellations beginning April 11 are eligible for 100% credit (no cash value) or a full cash refund for tuition less a $200.00 administration fee per week and a full cash refund for housing less a $125 administration fee per week. Cancellations made inside of 15 days but not less than 7 days prior to the start of a class are not eligible for a cash refund but will receive a 50% tuition-only credit (no housing refund or credit). Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to the start of a class are not eligible for a refund or credit. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to info@digitalmediaacademy.org.

Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the start of a course are eligible for a 100% credit (with no cash value) or a full cash refund less a $75.00 administration fee per course. Cancellations made inside of 15 days but not less than 7 days prior to the start of a class are not eligible for a cash refund but will receive a 50% credit (with no cash value). Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to the start of a class are not eligible for a refund or credit. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to info@digitalmediaacademy.org.
